Juga-Naut & Micall Parknsun - Twelve Bricks (October 9, 2020)

AKAI wizard Micall Parknsun and the UK's hardest working artist - Juga-Naut reunite to build on the solid foundations laid down on their EP "Six Bricks" to present "12 Bricks".

Guest features include:

Scorzayzee

Cappo

Vandal Savage

Tommy Nova

Da Flyy Hooligan

Recommended tracks: Show & Prove 40 Acres Gaudi-Gang Dodgy Dealings Glass Mortar

This is a UK Hip Hop dream team right here. Parky's AKAI wizardry is the perfect backing for Juga-Naut's versatile subject matter and delivery.  Jugz has got to be the most consistent and dedicated artist I've ever known personally - every release is a seamless evolution and natural progression from his last offering. This project has used Hip Hop's Golden Era sound as a base, sliced it up and added some seasoning, let it marinade and then presented it with Michelin standard.

While many would have loved for this to be all new material fans will recognise a few tracks from the "Six Bricks EP" but these still stand their ground next to the new additions and dont sound out of place, this is a very solid and cohesive album. Definitely one for the collection.

2020 has been a great year for UKHH and it's albums such as this that keep the scene from going stale and getting repetitive.
